To determine if your existing opener is compatible, you can use one of two methods:

Method 1:

1. Visit the compatibility checker on our website.

2. Select your brand/model.

3. If the page indicates that your opener requires an accessory, follow the provided instructions to claim it.

Method 2:

If you are unsure about compatibility:

1. Use a pair of pliers to short the terminals on the wall button.

2. If the garage door opens or closes, your opener is compatible.

3. If it does not, please contact Meross Support for further guidance. 

Caution: If you are uncertain about the location of the wall button terminals, do not attempt the short test.
