    My switch keeps dropping and cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.

    Make sure your primary switch is covered with strong Wi-Fi. If not, we suggest you to use a Wi-Fi range extender. Also，make sure your Wi-Fi password hasn’t been changed. If still not working, please press restart button to reboot your switch.

    • Make sure that the power to the wall switch to be replaced is turned OFF.
    • The light switch must be installed and used in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) or your local electrical code.
    • Do not install the wall switch with wet hands or standing on wet or damp surfaces.
    • This wall switch is only available in North America. Max 400W (INC) and 150W (CEL and LED).
